Subgroup Launch Codes

Create a subgroup in your member list and then request a subgroup launch code and PIN. When creating your message, simply use this code and PIN to send your message and we'll deliver it to everyone in that subgroup instantly. Of note, this does not affect sending bulk text messages which require you to login to the website.

Let's say you have an account for your church and already have a subgroup set up for your choir. If your choir director wants to send out voice broadcasts to the choir you would normally have to give him your Group ID and PIN for your entire group, plus the subgroup number for the choir so he can send to them when launching the new voice blast. If he accidentally chooses the wrong subgroup, or if he forgets to pick a subgroup and instead launches to your entire group, you can end up with the wrong people getting the voice blast. However, using subgroup launch codes, you give him a launch code and PIN and he can only send voice broadcasts to the choir and no other groups. This protects him from mistakes and ensures the right people get your voice message every time!
